VortexPlay When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take immediate action to remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material in accordance with the DMCA and relevant laws. Note that we may provide the alleged infringer with a copy of your DMCA complaint, including your contact information, to facilitate dispute resolution.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification including:

• Identification of the material removed and its location;
• Your contact details including name, address, phone number, and email;
• A statement under penalty of perjury stating your good faith belief that the removal was mistaken;
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court where you reside (or any applicable judicial district if outside the U.S.) and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant or their agent;
• Your signature, either physical or electronic.

We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 7 business days of receiving it, the material may be reinstated at our discretion.
